Earlier this week I had the pleasure of speaking with Mary Grace Allerdice on her podcast home|body. I really appreciated the opportunity to slow tf down amidst all of the bustle of being an herbalist at this moment, and to articulate some of the anchors of my practice. We talk about kitchen witchery, my ethical orientation as a settler practicing land-based medicine, reciprocal relationship with land and plants, self-care, and some kitchen medicine to keep ourselves healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
